This hotel truly made our stay in Japan unforgettable. The warm and inviting atmosphere created by the family-run vibe was remarkable. The service was exceptional, making it easy for us to navigate our ski trips. While it’s a bit further from the village, it's incredibly convenient for beginners hitting the slopes. One minor downside is that some areas felt slightly dated, but the charm and welcoming spirit definitely made up for it.

I spent a week at this hotel during New Year’s and had mixed feelings. While the onsen was a nice touch and provided a relaxing atmosphere, the location was quite inconvenient, especially in cold weather. The breakfast left much to be desired, but the family running the hotel was kind. I wouldn’t recommend it for those wanting to explore the area much, but there were moments of comfort.

I'm really glad I chose this hotel for my stay. The stunning views from up the hill were absolutely breathtaking, and the onsen baths were a real treat after a long day of skiing.
